Rate: $50/hour.

Hourly rate is capped at four hours so regardless of how long it takes to repair, you'll never pay more than $200 in labour!

Average labour fee is $50-$100.

Virus removal and computer cleaning

optimal performance.

Computer repairs and upgrades

If your computer is extremely slow, frequently crashes or doesn't start up at all, then there is a good chance you have either a virus or faulty hardware. If it's the latter then delaying repairs can result in data loss. If your computer has any of these symptoms, call us! Dynode can diagnose the fault and, if need be, recover the data from the faulty hardware.

However, sometimes a slow computer is indicative of a component needing an upgrade, such as a larger hard drive to store your data or extra memory to run your programs. Eitherway, Dynode can advise you on the best path to ensure you don't pay for what you don't need.

Networking and Broadband

With all of todays mobile devices, setting up a wireless network at home can really put them to good use. Coupled with broadband, you can have information and entertainment at your fingertips. Dynode can help you setup music, movie, photo and printer sharing with all your equipment.

We can also help advise of which broadband provider and plan is right for you and help resolve any Internet issues you may be facing.

Dynode does not charge 'callout fees' nor charge per phone call or e-mail and we can be contacted during the hours of 8am till 5pm Monday to Friday and all hours in an emergency.

Data recovery and restores
